Why does the washing machine body vibrate unpleasantly when touched?

Hello, please tell me, the washing machine is always plugged in. Today, by accident, she touched a metal side with her hand and felt an unpleasant vibration from it, at that moment she did not work, turned off the wire from the outlet, the vibration disappeared, turned on and appeared again. The machine is connected to a separate outlet with grounding, the wiring is new, recently renovated, a small child in the house. What could be the reason? How dangerous is this? Thanks in advance

Hello! The situation you are describing is dangerous. Perhaps the outlet is grounded, but the wiring itself is not. Or grounding is not properly connected to a wall outlet or to a panel. Is an RCD installed on the washing machine? What kind of vibration does it pinch when touched? I recommend calling an electrician, because most likely you have a dangerous voltage on the washing machine.
