Why does the two-key switch turn on only the chandelier, the second group does not work?

Good afternoon. I connected a chandelier and additional illumination from different zeros and one phase. I did not find the box, so I took zero for the backlight from the outlet, and the phase in the two-key switch from the chandelier. When you turn on only the chandelier, it lights up normally. When only the backlight is turned on, both the chandelier and the backlight begin to flash. When two keys are turned on simultaneously, only the chandelier is on (not blinking). Tell me a possible cause and how to fix it? Thank.

Hello! Check for poor connections at the switch. Check for moisture in the box in which the switch is installed. Perhaps the switch should be replaced. Recalls that the phase somewhere "hooks" on the lamp, between adjacent keys.
