Where to find grounding in the apartment?

Please tell me if I was mistaken, and in what. I pulled the cable from the entrance to the apartment with a section of 3 by 10, connected it to 63 amperes of the IEK bipolar input circuit breaker, then to the old (ancient, black color) meter, then to the 63 amperes RCD and then 6 25 amperes each. I can’t ground the wire in the entrance, how can I find it? There is no bus, nor any separate wires connected together. Thank.

In one of our articles, grounding in an apartment building was stipulated and the nuances of it.
Most likely in your shield there is no separate protective wire. How to be described in the article by reference http://my.electricianexp.com/en/kak-razdelit-pen-provodnik-soglasno-pue.html I would also like to note that in your version there are automatic machines with excessive power at the input. In the case of short circuit in the counter, God forbid, of course, the machine will not work, so the input machine needs to be changed to a smaller one, as a rule, it is usually 25 amperes.

But aren't the machines designed to operate on short circuit?
