Power outage for 8 days

Good afternoon. Within 8 days, the power supply in the village is turned off for 7 hours, citing repair work. Is this rightful? Thank.

    Hello! If the reason for the power outage is repair, it is entirely legitimate if an emergency situation on the site is understood. According to the law in general, the duration of a power outage is not more than 72 hours per year.
