Grounding in the apartment
Repair, a house built in the 60s, with gas. In the bathroom, all the pipes were connected with a 6mm wire rod + they found metal, a mortgage (the bell rang with zero) and welded to it. The main riser runs in the apartment, the section lived approx. 16 mm. sq. Question. It is possible to connect a wire rod to apartment el. shield and make grounding (TT or TN-C-S)? Thank.
