Do I need to ground the neutral wire at the entrance to the house?

Oleg asks:
We are building a private house, a SIP with an opening shield is suitable for the house. SIP 4-core. Is it necessary to ground the neutral wire at the input separately or can it be grounded through the ground loop, which will be done in the house?
The answer to the question:
If you are just building, then for what to do the ground loop in the house? Do as elsewhere - on the street. Ground is usually zero in the metering board, there they do the separation.
