One Genius column does not work - how to repair?

Alexander asks:
Hello. Genius columns. The problem is that 1 speaker does not make a sound (it includes power), while the other works quietly. When I insert the headphones into the column, 1 earphone works and the other does not. But if you slightly move the headphone plug, the sound appears, although after a while it subsides (apparently due to the movement of the wire). All capacitors are intact like the speaker. Please, help.

The answer to the question:
Hello! You won’t believe it, but I have almost the same ones (a slightly different front grill) and I sometimes have the same problem, and the same column that the power cable comes to is solved if you move the audio cable, i.e. the wire that you insert into the sound card. Try to solder it, but rather cut off a few centimeters and solder it again - most likely it is broken. Finding a fracture site can be difficult, so I advise you to cut a few centimeters. And when you move the headphone plug, the situation changes because you apparently move the board along with the headphone jack.
