Will charging the radio from the charger 2A harm the battery if the input is 1A?

I use a usb charger with a 2.1 A output for a radio with a 1 A input and ak. at 800 mah. For several years now. I’m in this ignoramus, and just now I examined in magnifying glass how much it gives at the exit. Can it be that a large amperage does not harm a radio with a battery? Is it possible to charge an external battery with this charge if it has 1A input? And yet, will an external 35,000 mah battery with 1A input be fully charged if it is charged from usb with a 600 mah output?

Modern devices usually have charge controllers on board, and so they regulate the amount of current and voltage. The manufacturer indicates the current parameters preferred for the device, in the case of the consumer. For the source - the maximum allowable. If there is no controller on the device, then you should worry, and pick up the current and voltage yourself.
