Name of fan heater power relay

I have a Denzel 5000 fan heater. It has 4 power levels (just a fan, warm, hot but it blows softly and hot and blows hard). The relay switch of these levels has burned out. Tell me, what is it called so that it can be found on the Internet?

    Is it possible to send a photo? So on the go it’s hard to say what kind of relay there is. Most likely, we are talking about a four-position switch for 20-25 Amps.
