    Hello! Honestly - installing a socket on a mounting foam is a hack. The fact is that with frequent use of sockets, the socket can be torn from the wall, because in the foam he will not hold well enough. It is better to use gypsum or alabaster in the classics. Well, if you are interested in the issue of security, there are no standards that would prohibit the installation of sockets in the foam.

    About 8 years ago, I installed four sockets on the foam. Sockets are constantly used. Sometimes, from some devices, the plug went into and out of the outlet with pretty good effort. Not a single outlet during this time fell out, did not come off. Red brick wall. Now again, repair, plaster. Took off these undergrowths, do not tear out with your hands. I cut the foam in a circle with a knife - I got it perfectly. So, it keeps the podrozetnik on the foam, try to tear it out again. Well, foolish ... You yourself know that foolishness can be broken.
