Is it possible to deploy a backup to a wooden electric pole?

Hello! I searched for information on the Internet for a very long time and did not find it, so I am writing to you. We have a wooden electric pole with a support on the land, almost like the letter "L". This backup goes halfway to the side. This is the narrowest part of the land; the plot is expanding deep into the courtyard. If you start to make a fence, enter and enter the courtyard and step back a meter from the pillar, then you won’t pass there, not literally. I have 2 questions:

  1. Is it possible to deploy a support to a post 90 degrees into the yard better or 180 degrees into the neighboring yard, there is much more land.
  2. Is there a certain distance between the post and the support (from the post to the buried part of the support). It seems to us very widely.

    In this case, we are talking about the angular or end support of the overhead line. This is not just a backup - it is a special design that can withstand the load of some part of the line. Firstly, you can not make any changes to the design of the overhead line - for this there will be a fine from representatives of electric networks. Secondly, if you transfer the support, the line may be damaged - the support may fall, the wires will break. The supports are not set arbitrarily - if a certain slope is made, then this was provided for when designing the line. Thirdly, there is such a thing as a security zone of overhead power lines - read about it. The security zone is the distance from the line axis on both sides. No construction is allowed in the security zone. If something needs to be done in the security zone, it needs to be coordinated with representatives of electric networks. The security zone for lines 0.4 kV - 2 m, 6-10 kV - 10 m. That is, you generally do not have the right to build anything, if it is a security zone, let alone make any changes to the design of the line.
