Is it possible to lay the cable near the pipes of hot and cold water?

My apartment has been redeveloped. From the room intended for the kitchen they made a bedroom, and from the bedroom they made a kitchen. We moved the cold / hot water supply pipes, the drain pipe and, accordingly, the cable for the stove. Workers laid the cable straight parallel to the pipes, laying it on top. All this is sewn up in a box. Is it dangerous? Or is such a neighborhood possible? Or do you need to isolate it from pipes? In the photo, pay attention to where the battery is, from the bottom right there are pipes and wires. Thank.

In this case, the cable should be laid at a distance of at least 50 mm from the pipelines along the entire length. It is advisable to lay the cable over the pipes so that moisture does not get on the cable. Moisture may drip from the cold water pipe (condensate). The drain pipe, as a rule, is prefabricated and not completely tight and if it is not mounted correctly, it may leak and water will enter the cable.
