Can I connect a lamp without grounding?

Hello. I had this question. I bought a street lamp in the store. It has protection class I, requiring mandatory grounding. That is, there are three contacts in the lamp itself, but I have a normal double wire. Is it possible to connect it through a double wire without using grounding? And will it be safe for a street lamp?

Hello! Do you have a third grounding conductor in your facility’s mains? If the lamp has normal dust and water protection, and if it is disconnected from the power supply during installation and maintenance (for example, replacing lamps or lampholders), then everything will be fine!

Hello, there is no question on the object of zero as such. In the attic, the Armstrong luminescent lamps were changed to LED square and those. When connected, they put a phase and the so-called zero, but this is the ground. everything shines well. But there is one thing, but sometimes a small spark occurs between the lamp and the roof of the attic. Explain what is the catch? Is there no net zero because of this?
