Is it possible to connect one phase to a three-phase electricity meter?
The wiring of the country house was at 380 V. In SNT, we reconstructed the networks, I went to 220 for mate failure. The counter is new 3ph. According to the scheme, there is an input limiter further accounting, then consumers.

One phase on a three-phase meter is essentially the same as if in the presence of three phases the load is only in one phase and the other two are not loaded, that is, the meter should work correctly. But in this case, first of all, everything depends on the requirements of the supplying organization and, most likely, such a connection will not be approved for you. Usually this is not practiced when connecting consumers - they put metering devices exclusively for their intended purpose - three-phase for metering in a three-phase network, single-phase - for single-phase.
That is, you should address this issue to the supplying organization with which you conclude an electricity supply contract that connects to the electric network.
