Is it possible to connect a DRL-250 lamp to a conventional ceiling?

Good evening! I have a question for you. Is it possible to turn on a DRL-250 lamp in an ordinary lampshade under the E27 cap through an adapter? Tell me, is there anything dangerous in such a connection, can there be a circuit in the network, will the wires withstand the power of the DRL lamp? I am very afraid to turn it on, so I want to hear your opinion on this matter. We are very afraid that a fire may occur (due to overvoltage).

If you simply turn on the DRL lamp through the adapter, like an ordinary lamp, it will burn out immediately. The DRL lamp does not turn on directly to the network, but through a special ballast.
The DRL-250 lamp has a power of 250 W - for lighting wiring, the power is small, comparable to several incandescent lamps. But another question - it is not known in what condition your wiring is. If it is in unsatisfactory condition, then it is possible that such a load will not withstand. If you do not understand this issue, then it is better to contact an electrician so that he assesses the condition of your wiring.
