Is it possible to conduct a cable 3 * 6 mm.sq. from the meter to the machine?

Such a question - from the site to the apartment, an input wire goes to the counter, in my opinion 3 * 6 copper. Is it possible to make an exit from the meter with the same cross-section to the 25 A circuit breaker, that is, to power the apartment, or can I still exit the meter with a 3 * 2.5 wire?

run the cable 3 by 6 mm sq. "

Yes, you can run a 3 * 6 mm2 wire from the meter to the machine, this will be quite enough. Wire cross-section 6 mm.kv. can withstand loads up to 10 kW. It is not rational to use a wire with a section of 3 * 2.5 at the output from the meter, because such a wire can withstand a load of not more than 5.9 kW.
