Can I use a slow cooker if there is no grounding?

Good afternoon! I don’t understand anything in electrics, I can just tell you: I want to buy an inexpensive multicooker, at 650 watts. The instructions say that you need to ground. I have a simple apartment in an old small family. Simple sockets. Double in the kitchen and in the room. In the kitchen I plan to put a slow cooker, turn it on and a refrigerator in one outlet. I do not leave devices for a long time on the network, always turn off after use and clean. The manual also writes that the voltage and power of the multicooker should coincide with the voltage and power of the residential building. These two issues - grounding and voltage, are absolutely not clear to me. At home 220 volts. Tell me, do I buy a slow cooker without changing anything?

Hello! You can use the slow cooker without grounding. The fact is that most of the population does not have grounding in apartments and houses, and there is a crock-pot in almost every family, so draw conclusions. As for the voltage, all multicookers work from standard 220 Volts, so everything is fine with this.
