Can I use a two-wire cable for lighting?

Hello. Please tell me, is it possible to use the VVG 2 * 1.5 copper cable for the apartment lighting group, without a grounding conductor? Thank.

    Hello! According to PUE 7.1.36. For a lighting group, use a ground cable. If the standards do not play a role for you, then I would lay the two-wire cable only if the lamps work from undervoltage or have a plastic case, and not a metal one.
