Carefully inspect the chandelier itself and the documentation (box) to it, perhaps the equivalent power of incandescent lamps is indicated (for an approximate comparison of brightness). I do not think that this indicates the power consumption, since it is very much and it is unlikely to be comfortable in a room lit by 200 watts of LED light.
