Do I need to do PMC in the bathroom?

Hello. Soviet-built house, panel 12 floors. The apartment has new wiring, the ground wire is screwed to the body of the electrical panel. I plan to install a 5 kW water heater through the RCD in the bathroom. Question: Do I need to do PMC in the bathroom and connect it to the shield body?

    Hello! It is necessary to connect not with the housing of the ShchK, but with the PE bus in it. PMC do need.
