Good evening! You yourself answered your question “there is no reason for TT,” the PUE also says. You need to do TN-C-S, and split in front of the opening machine. And most likely you will have to re-call people from energy sales to re-seal. It was necessary to provide for this by installing a separation bus initially, and then do the grounding as you see fit.

Make a good ground loop, if you don’t want to “guess and count” then just buy a modular grounding kit, we won’t advertise anyone, now there are several well-known companies on the market that offer quality options.
