    Hello! RCDs are selected for the current corresponding to the load current, in your case it is not entirely clear: 10 kW is the allocated power? Then we select the RCD and the corresponding one, most likely you have a 32-ampere automatic machine at the input. Then we set the RCD to a higher value, i.e. 40 A with a tripping current of 30 mA to provide protection against electric shock.

    And you can do it differently. Wiring can have natural leakage currents, they can even be measured. In this case, there may be false positives of the RCD, especially with a large length of electric lines (wires), therefore option number 2:
    Set at the input of an RCD to 40A with a trip current of 100-300 mA, such an RCD is considered fireproof. And already for each consumer, in your case, the machine, install an RCD on 30 mA, for example. Then, in the event of a leak to the body through the engine of a machine, the rest will be in operation, and only an RCD of a particular machine will be knocked out. At the same time, the RCD on the machine is selected based on its consumption. For three phases, 1.5 kW is about 4 amperes. Then set the RCD to 4 A and 30 mA.
