What section to choose a cable and an automatic machine for the welding machine?

Good day! In the country house I completely change the wiring. I brought SIP 2x16 into the house. I figured out the basic circuit of rough electricians. Now the question is about the power outlet for the inverter welding machine Resanta SAI-190PN. His power consumption is 5 kW, respectively, I suppose to put the machine on 25 A, but I don’t know what cable to lay, should it be 4 mm or 6 mm? Most likely 6 mm, because 1 mm of cable is designed for 8 A, respectively 4 * 8 = 32A and 6 * 8 = 48A, and the trip current of the thermal release of the machine is 25 A * 1.45 = 36.25 A - respectively, at this current, a cable with a cross section of 4 mm is already will burn. Are my arguments true?

Follow the manufacturer's recommendations. The power cord is most likely 3 * 2.5 mm, installing a cable more than 4 mm is not advisable. 4 mm will be more than enough. A current of 25 Amps is the maximum for the device and is not so long. The choice of an automatic 25-32 A will be optimal.
