The two-gang light switch has 1 input (wire supplying voltage from the network) and 2 outputs (groups of lamps). The single-key switch has 1 input and 1 output. You need to determine on which wire the voltage from the network (with an indicator screwdriver), connect it to the input of the single-key switch. One of the remaining wires is connected to the output terminal, turn on the switch and on the ceiling you determine which of the wires has voltage (connected to the lamp). The remaining phase conductor can be disconnected and insulated on both sides. Perform all work directly with wires with the power off.
You can also do all this in the switch. Two wires that go to the chandelier, put on one output terminal. And insulate any of the wires on the chandelier (from the switch).
