How to close a hole in the floor if the wire passes there?
Hello! How to seal a hole between the floor slabs? The photo shows that we have a neighbor’s wiring there (a nine-story house of the Soviet period). I wanted to foam it with class B1 foam, and then seal it with the repair staff, but still I doubt it. Call an electrician from DEZ? The tile in the photo 15x15 (to determine the size of the hole).
