Hello, I made a muffle ceramics kiln about 30 45 l. The furnace has 6 spirals made of nichrome 2 mm thick. When measuring with current clamps, it gives 150 amperes, i.e., when calculating 220, multiply by 150 is equal to 30 kW. The connection of the spirals in the photo.     Well, you connected 2 in series in three parallel circuits. Connect 3 in series in two parallel circuits. but note that this will lower the heating temperature. The Joule-Lenz law in this case is in all its glory.

        So measure the resistance and count! Or rebuild the circuit and measure the current. The load will decrease as resistance will increase. The current will be about 100 amperes. The load will be 22 kW.
