How to distribute wiring on the second floor in a two-story house?

Good afternoon. A counter is installed on the country house, the first floor is connected from it in the house, on the second there are two cables with sockets at the ends, it is not known where they are coming from. Can I install machines on the second floor for wiring in one room or is it better to plan wiring for the entire second floor (lighting, sockets)? Where to connect the power to the machines and in general for electrical wiring on the second floor, the wire of which is brought to the second floor with a socket suitable? And which wires to use in different areas and where to lead in my case? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Before making further wiring on the second floor, you need to figure out where the two cables come from, what section they are and what automatic machines are in the shield where they are connected to protect them. Knowing the cross-section of the cable and its condition, it will be possible to determine what load can be connected to it.
Having no idea about your wiring, you cannot say where you can connect. But we can assume that if these cables are connected to sockets, then most likely these cable cross-sections are no more than 2.5 square meters. mm - this section is usually used to connect outlets. If the actual cross-section of the cable, it means that you do not connect anything from these wiring lines except sockets. In this case, to power the second floor you need to lead the cable. But in this case, you need to take into account the condition of the wiring as a whole, as well as the load limit that is defined for your home.
In order to avoid installation errors that can lead to negative consequences, we recommend that you contact a specialist to check your wiring and correctly connect the lighting and sockets of the second floor.
