How to conduct electricity in a guest house?

Hello! Help me please! How to conduct electricity to the guest house? On the site there is a main residential building. 15 kW comes to it, if you lead from the main house, I’m afraid it’s not enough, since the heating in the guest house is planned to be electric. It turns out we need to lead a separate wire from the common pillar? Is it possible in this case to put a second counter on the guest house? I absolutely don’t understand what to do. Thank you so much for the answer!

Hello! The question was asked not quite correctly, it is necessary to understand your planned capacity in the guest house, if you have 3 phases for a residential house and the allocated power is 15 kW. An electric boiler for 3 phases usually consumes around 10-12 kW per average house of 150 sq / m., I.e. your residual allocated power is 3-5 kW, this is not enough for a residential house. I don’t see the point of drawing a separate line from the post; in theory, they have already thrown a 4 * 16 SIP cable onto which 28 kW can be hung. In my opinion, it is more expedient to simply pay for additional power and power your guest house from a residential panel through a separate 40 A / 100 mA RCD. And in the guest house in ShchK introductory put 3P * 32A, well, then in groups and depending on what you want.
So even if you are fed from a pillar to a separate building, you will have to pay extra for additional power and there will be more in terms of finances and problems with papers too ..
Well, accordingly, in the residential building, the input and shield will be remade according to the new capacities that you will pay for.
