How to connect the hob and voltage relay

The apartment has 3 phase input. I want to put three voltage relays, but there is a hob with a 5 * 2.5 pin. The question is how to connect: before the relay, or after. In fact, the walls inside the panel are single-phase.

    You put a voltage relay to protect household appliances, respectively, all the load is connected after the voltage relay. If the hob is connected to the relay, then it will not be protected against voltage surges.

        In this case, use a three-phase voltage relay, which will disconnect three phases simultaneously in case of voltage drops in one or several phases.
