How to connect a chandelier with a fan in a simplified scheme?

Hello! I would like to ask for help in simplifying the electrical circuit for switching on a Chinese chandelier with a fan. Inside the chandelier in the country, after a lightning bolt, the reverse switch and fan rotation speeds melted.
I have a desire to simplify the whole circuit to the limit: one switch to the light, one to the fan! And it doesn’t matter - what is his speed and which way he will turn. Help connect. Thanks in advance Vladimir.
