How to connect sensors with different voltages to the same power source?

Leonid asks:
Good afternoon. I mainly need 12V DC (constant voltage). But in the passports of the sensors there is 24V DC and in some 10-30V DC. When connected to them, 12V DC - enough voltage sensors or not?
The answer to the question:
Hello! If one value is indicated - 24 VDC, this is exactly what is needed, I don’t know how low voltage will affect your sensors, and if a range of type 10-30 VDC is indicated, then it can be powered from 12V, because it falls into this range.

If there are few sensors with “other” voltages, buy boards with boost or buck pulse converters. They are not expensive (100-200 each) and set the required voltages on each of the sensors.

If there are more sensors with 24V power supply, then put the power supply unit at 24 or more volts, and adjust the voltage on the sensors using linear “Krenka” type stabilizers (L7805, 7812 series and the like).
