How to connect car lights in the house?

Paul asks:
Good afternoon. Tell me, please, how can I connect one or two car headlights (24V, 27W) to the home power grid? The headlight has three wires, red, yellow, black. In the socket - two.
The answer to the question:
Hello! No way, because the voltage in the network is 220V and the headlamp, as you write, is 24V (probably from a truck or a bus?). And the number of wires and their colors here do not matter. Need a step-down transformer or power supply for 24 volts, with a rated current of 3-5 amperes. Three wires, because it is either a headlight with two lamps, if it is a headlight, then the light + size and 1 wire is common (minus) and one for each lamp (pluses). Or there are twin-spiral lamps in it - but, again, if this is a headlight - then they do not come in 27 watts with twin-spiral lamps.
