How to connect a 12V fan heater to 220V?

Eugene asks:
Good evening, tell me please. I bought a car fan heater with a plug from the cigarette lighter. Features 150 W, 12 volts, 12.5 amperes. I want to run it from a 220 volt network. There is a video on the internet how to do this, using a computer power supply, by connecting wires. Your opinion will work out? Thanks for the answer).
The answer to the question:
Good evening, it is not clear what the question is. Indeed, the most affordable way is to find an unnecessary power supply, which has a current of 12-18 amperes via a 12 volt bus and connect a heater - yellow plus, black minus. Pull the wires from the block and connect several yellow and some black into a bundle. To start the power supply (if it was released after the 2000s) you need to close the green with black. Of course it will!
