How to determine how much a neighbor wound on my counter?

Olga asks:
My site neighbor connected his electric boiler to zero of my meter for at least a year, and he and I considered electricity, I don’t want to give money voluntarily, I’m going to sue. How to find out exactly how much did his boiler count me on the meter?
The answer to the question:
Hello! You won’t find out, since it’s not known how much he used it for this year, unless you can impose a fine on a neighbor, but he will pay it to a sales company. You need to deal individually in court with energy sales. Who do you want to sue? What did they say in the energy supply?
And what is your counter worth? What does "to zero my counter" mean? In the floor board after your counter, the zero that goes to your apartment? In general, the current at zero is not taken into account, it is needed to measure power, are you sure that its connection affected the readings of your meter?

Zero on shields seems to be a common block. The same panel housing is often zero.
