What is the best way to connect an electric stove: to 380 or 220 volts?

Ilya asks:
I'm building a house. The network connection is three-phase. The VVGNG-LS 3x6 cable was thrown onto the 7.9 kW stove, it had already half-smeared the strob. Will there be phase imbalance and is it worth replacing the cable with VVGNG-LS 5x2.5 and connecting the plate to 3 phases? 3-phase connection on the stove is provided.
The answer to the question:
Hello! And why load 7.9 kW per phase if there are THREE phases? Of course connect to three phases. Yes, such a cable (5x2.5 mm²) should be enough. And will there be a phase imbalance or not - it depends on what “zero” state is on your line, and also on how many more powerful consumers are connected to the same phase during three-phase input, and you will be lucky if it doesn’t work out that there will be many such people and everyone will be connected to the same phase.

Three-phase input is a benefit to use.
