How to compensate for a short power outage?

Hello! I have such a problem. The country house has large voltage drops. Sometimes it drops to 100 volts and lower. These are problems on the line and it is not yet possible to solve them. I brought 3 phases into the house, put a three-phase meter. After the counter, I set the automatic phase switch to 40 Amps. Its task is to automatically select the phase with the best parameters and switch to it. After the automatic switch, I installed a 10 kW stabilizer RUCELF SRW II - 12000 - L. The problem is that when switching the phases, the working phase is first disconnected, and then the connection is more optimal. At the same time, for 2 milliseconds (switching time from phase to phase), the power to the stabilizer is lost and it turns off, after which it immediately turns on but starts to reboot. The load time is approximately 5 seconds and at this time there is no electricity in the house.

Question: How can I compensate for the short-term (2 millisecond) power failure on the stabilizer, will a capacitor with the parameters of 300 Volts and 1500 microfarads help if I connect it in parallel to the network in front of the stabilizer and what other ways are there to solve this problem?

    Hello! No, the capacitor will not help in the change, but why does the stabilizer reboot? This is a good question! What do you think about the option to increase the input filter capacity of the power supply of the stabilizer logic circuit? 2 ms, in principle, can be extended without powering the circuit. You can contact the master on electronics - maybe he will replace the electrolyte after the bridge with a more capacious one.
