How to get rid of voltage surges?

Dear experts, I ask for your advice: how to get rid of impulse surges in the home electrical network. The essence of the problem is that when the relay is activated in the freezer, the TV turns off briefly. Wiring and meter changed about a year ago, the sockets have a direct line to the machine at the meter. The TV is connected to the network through a filter. The freezer is plugged into another outlet, both lines converge on one machine.

Hello! Perhaps the problem will be solved by installing a special device for surge protection - SPD. They are for local protection of individual household appliances.

there was the same problem. put on the chandelier a smooth power regulator burned out a year later, the second also worked a year. I put what you recommend, after a while it burned down. now it’s not worth anything and once a month a couple of lamps burn out (only 8 to 40 watts). npdo probably deeper look for a reason.
