Such a shutdown method is extremely unsafe, because there is a possibility of an illogical arrangement of protective automation. As a result, you turn off the light from the neighbors, and yourself, if at this moment you decide to replace the outlet, you may suffer from electric shock.
If you don’t know which machine is in your dashboard, it’s best to warn your neighbors that they may lose electricity for a few minutes and at the same time find your circuit breaker by means of an exception. Safe power off
Well, briefly consider how to turn off the light in Khrushchev (the old-style apartment). The fact is that not all panel houses are equipped with modern automatic machines. In some, ceramic plugs of two samples are still used: with a button and without, which are also not difficult to turn off.
