Where are the color temperature requirements for LED lamps described?

Ivan asks:
Good evening, tell someone. We are buying a large building in which LSPO type lamps are installed, but different LED lamps with different glow temperatures, some 4000K, others 6500K and the type of diodes are also different. 100 lamps were installed and in each there are 2 such and 2 other lamps. Question. Is there any GOST that all lamps should be of the same color temperature?
The answer to the question:
Hello! SP 52.13330.2011 - it contains the basic lighting requirements, but it shows the color temperature ranges for different rooms, but it does not say that the color temperature of the lamps should be the same. Apparently, different lamps were screwed into each lamp, so that as a result they gave light at a color temperature close to neutral.

p.s. And what does “type of diodes different” mean? Are the lamps transparent? Or do you determine the type of diodes by the color of the phosphor?
