Hello, the ban on electric heating in the apartment is indicated in the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 190-FZ “On Heat Supply” (Clause 15, Article 14). And another important point - there are regulatory documents on the estimated power consumption of one apartment, relying on this figure, the wire and input to the apartment, as well as input to the access panel rooms, were calculated.
