Hello, the ban on electric heating in the apartment is indicated in the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 190-FZ “On Heat Supply” (Clause 15, Article 14). It is also forbidden to dismantle heating radiators in the apartment. And another important point - there are regulatory documents on the estimated power consumption of one apartment, relying on this figure, the wire and input to the apartment, as well as input to the access panel rooms, were calculated. According to the sum of the capacities of all apartments, a cable from TP is laid. Therefore, the only option is if you do not touch the central heating (you will pay for it accordingly) and at the same time the power of your electric heating system does not exceed the norm, then you can make this heating option in your apartment.
