Additional switch and bulb

Hello. There is an operating switch and a light bulb. It is necessary to connect another switch and a light bulb to these wires. The problem is that the junction box is unavailable - a repair has been made and it has been oiled. Can I connect to two existing wires (they exit the wall) that are connected to a switch and a light bulb without penetrating the junction box?

You can’t, two wires in the switch is a break of a phase wire, and you need a phase and a zero. Power from the nearest outlet once it is not possible to power from the junction box.
