What to do so that the lights in the hall do not blink?

Maxim asks:
There are LED bulbs in the room and they often blink in the evening. An electrician advised replacing them with fluorescent ones. Will the replacement solve my problem or is there still a way out.
The answer to the question:
Hello! Blinking on? Do the lamps in your other rooms also blink? And which ones are installed there? Maybe it’s not a matter of them, but of poor contact in the switch, switchgear or chandelier?

Usually blinks are especially noticeable on incandescent lamps during voltage drops.
Replacing lamps with fluorescent ones, in principle, can help, but only on condition that you have low-quality LED lamps with a poor power supply circuit (for example, an input capacitor of very low capacity).
