The chairman of the SNT threatens to reduce power to 1 kW to the areas of those who do not agree with the decisions of the Board, established ASKUE among those who disagree. Is it possible to use other devices to neutralize such power regulation. We are not obliged to pay for electricity.
Well, why are you worried about limiting if you are not debtors? There is no possibility to remove restrictions. Only connect bypassing the device - but this is punishable, as it is theft. If they do restrict it, write a statement to the chairman, demanding a written refusal with a justification of the reason. They have the right to disconnect or limit the allocated power only if, for any reason, the power is limited along the entire line, accidents, problems at the power supply line or elsewhere and these problems limit the power supply.
