What to do if the phase and zero are mixed up in the outlet?

I checked the sockets with the tester ms5902td. In one group, at any position of the tester, it displays "phase and zero are mixed up." I suspect the problem, because in this group one of the sockets for me just stopped working, and the other year ago the contacts burned to where the wires connect, I changed it. But what is the problem?

Strange description and conclusions. I am not familiar with this tester, but what I want to clarify with your problems. The socket in the group stopped working - are they connected by a star or a loop? Is there voltage on the wires? Regarding the fact that the contacts burned down a year ago, the problem is in the connected load, and not in the phase and zero, or as the outlet itself.
