Hello! You need to check if the voltage comes out of the driver and if it comes to it. If the voltage comes, but there is nothing at the driver output, replace the driver, most likely the light will appear. If there is any voltage at the driver output, then you need to look for the burned-out LEDs and replace them. Burnt LEDs can be calculated by a dark point on the phosphor (the yellow part which is on the LED) or determined with a multimeter. In such chandeliers, the bulbs do not change, if you find a board with LEDs of a similar design and a driver for it, you can replace it, but the price is comparable to buying a new lamp.
