What to do if the relay often trips on one of the phases in the 380V network?

We have three phases in the country, each of them has a relay. On one phase, a relay is constantly activated at low voltage. A refrigerator hangs in this phase. What do you advise to do to protect yourself?

Hello! The easiest way is to install a voltage regulator. To what level does the voltage sink? Drawdowns are chaotic or large drops are noticeable, which depend on the day of the week and time of day? If one of the phases sags, they are most likely unevenly loaded or with a problem line. Is a zero connected to your shield well? How is the load distributed in phases? If the zero is “bad”, then a phase imbalance is possible - then there will be disastrous consequences associated with increased voltage on the phases. If everything is okay on your side, please contact the supplying company with a complaint, let them verify that you have TP. Also find out what is happening with the neighbors? What do they have with voltages in all of the phases.
