    Hello! There is such a document "On the minimum standards for completing electrical installations of consumers with electrical protective equipment", according to which electrical installations in residential buildings, schools, hospitals, offices and trading floors should be equipped with voltage indicators (2 pcs), dielectric gloves (2 pairs), dielectric carpets (not less than 1 on next to each ASU switchboard), posters and electrical safety signs, insulating mites (1 pc., if fuses are installed in the switchboard), safety glasses E (1 pc.) and guards and temporary ground when operating conditions so require.
    If there is no separate room for the switchgear, electrical installations must be equipped with at least two voltage indicators, two pairs of dielectric gloves, as well as posters and electrical safety signs.
