Will the voltage drop if I change the compressor from single-phase to three-phase?

Good afternoon. Please tell me, in the garage I connect the compressor to a 220 V outlet, the compressor does not work correctly (it will work a little and turn off). In this case, the voltage drops to 150V, there is also a 380V socket in the garage. Question: if I buy a compressor for 380V and connect it in my garage, will the voltage drop?

Good afternoon, the voltage sags due to the too high current drawn by the load. “A little work” - how much? A few minutes or after starting almost immediately (within 10-20 seconds)? Perhaps a protracted start occurs and some protection is triggered. If you install the engine in your compressor or buy a ready-made compressor with a three-phase 380V motor of the same power as what you have now, it will be easier to spin up anyway, and even if the voltage drops, it is more likely that it will start and work successfully.
