Is flickering of LED lamps in the hallway safe?

In my corridor in the lamp, after switching off, the LED bulbs glow a little. It suits me - night illumination. My question is: is there a lot of electricity consumption and is it dangerous for the home (is it scary to leave the apartment even for a day)?

The amount of electricity consumed depends on how the lamp is lit. For example, if the lamp shines at 1/5 brightness, then, accordingly, it consumes five times less than the declared power. As for safety - for home wiring, the lamp glow does not adversely affect. But the lamp itself in this mode of operation will quickly fail. If the electronic part of the lamp becomes very hot during operation, this will be dangerous from the point of view of fire safety.
